Quickbooks Desktop Basics - Online Course
This course is for anyone who wants to use the desktop version of Quickbooks. Learn the software from beginning to end to get all you need to successfully use the program, whatever your level of previous knowledge. Start with an overview and learn how to create and customize a Chart of Accounts. Learn how to set up customers; vendors and the products you sell; how to create and send invoices and sales receipts; and how to enter and pay bills. Additional topics include: reconciliation; journal entries; tracking expenses and income; managing accounts receivable and payable; reporting; and connecting to your bank through Quickbooks. Talena Johnson is an accounting professional at ATLAS Advisors with 20 years of helping small to mid-size businesses. She is a QuickBooks® ProAdvisor and is a frequent presenter and trainer on the software. She loves to help clients learn the value of good systems and using tools to grow their business. She’ll share useful Quickbooks tips and tricks. IMPORTANT: If you will use the online version of QuickBooks, please register for a specific QuickBooks Online session.
NOTE: This course will be offered via Zoom. Register now and then the day before class the instructor will send you the link to attend. Look for an email with "CFU Zoom class" in the subject line. A good internet connection and a computer or device with a camera and mic are needed.
