Ethical Nonmonogamy: How to Have an Open Relationship Without Damaging It
Are you curious about nonmonogamy? This class will help you learn more about nonmonogamy and whether it’s a good fit for you. Get your questions answered in a safe, nonjudgmental class setting. We'll talk about common terms and ideas in ethical nonmonogamy practices, pitfalls to avoid, and questions to start asking yourself and your partner/s. We’ll also talk about relationship skills that can help you be successful in any type of relationship. Discussion will include managing conflict, handling your own emotions, and what to do about jealousy. The information you get will allow you to explore whether you might want to open your relationship. Lindsay Hayes has an MA in communication, is a Coach Training Alliance certified coach, and has a relationship coaching certificate from the International Association of Professions. She also has over seven years of ethical nonmonogamy practice. NOTE: Class will be offered via Zoom. Once registered, prior to class, you will receive link/invite to participate.
