He is CEO of the International Guide Academy, a published author, industry consultant and teaches along with IGA president, Daniel Slater. Both Frank and Daniel are certified international tour directors and certified tour guides and both have earned the prestigious title of certified tour manager designation from the University of Breda, the Netherlands. They also ran a tour operator company together and Daniel has owned a motor coach company. NOTE: This course will be offered via Zoom.
