Integrated Estate Planning: Protect Your Assets & Preserve Your Legacy (Online)
You’ve worked hard and want to preserve the integrity of your assets and be confident that you make the best plan for your heirs. It is never too early to consider planning for the inevitable. In this course designed for students of all ages, you will learn the basics of estate planning and asset distribution. Then go on to explore a variety of topics including the difference between wills and trusts, incapacity planning, long term care planning, asset protection, and ways to avoid probate. Blake Harris is an attorney who owns Mile High Estate Planning, a law firm that specializes in estate planning, asset protection and probate. In addition to being quoted in ABC, NBC, and several other news sources, Blake has given numerous continuing education courses to financial and legal professionals around Colorado and the United States.
