Instead, with a little planning and a bit of prep time, you can prepare wholesome meals for you and your family. In this fun, hands-on class you’ll learn how to prepare a week’s worth of meals, using a variety of cooking techniques. Topics include prep-ahead tips, must-haves for your pantry, and cooking techniques (including stir-frying, baking, broiling, and using your Instant Pot). Take home a prepared meal, a pantry stocking list, recipes, and tons of shortcut tips. Retired from corporate America, Dawn Givens has a passion for cooking and giving back to her community.
