Vietnamese Cooking at Home

Discover how to make simple healthy Vietnamese food. In this hands-on class you will learn to create delicious new dishes, starting from scratch. Learn about choosing ingredients and ways to substitute healthy choices and techniques that cater to your particular tastes. We’ll discuss the nutritional benefits of herbs and experiment with different flavors. Different sessions of this course will introduce different parts of a Vietnamese meal: pho (the savory soup), appetizers (spring rolls or egg rolls), and main dishes. Each session is unique, so you can keep coming back to expand your repertoire. Jill Ho has been cooking Vietnamese food for over 30 years and loves sharing her techniques with others. She has found ways to make her dishes healthy, using organic ingredients and no MSG. The best part is that no one will leave class hungry!
