Microsoft Office 365 and OneNote - Online Course
Microsoft Office 365 is where it's at today for office applications. It provides a full suite of MS apps and tools, the capacity to access these from all your devices, Cloud storage, and continual program updates. In the morning half of this webinar, discover Office 365 free apps, including OneDrive, Microsoft's online cloud storage. With Microsoft's free online apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sway, and Forms, and more) you can create new files, view recent files, share files, and assign privileges for viewing or editing the shared files through OneDrive. You will also learn about the differences between the online apps and the full desktop version programs. The afternoon session is devoted to the full desktop version of OneNote. OneNote is a note-taking program within your Microsoft Office Suite that offers pre-formatted note-taking design templates, but it does so much more. OneNote uses a notebook format with pages and section tabs for collecting and organizing the data found in other Office software: text, graphics, audio, and video clips. OneNote is integrated with the Office suite and has two-way integration with Outlook. Learn tips and tricks to improve your efficiency. Class will also include some Windows features, versions 7 and 10. Mitzi Katz
