Microsoft Office 365 and OneNote
This introductory course includes discussion of Microsoft Office 365 and OneNote. One half class day will cover the Office 365 free apps and OneDrive; Microsoft's online cloud storage. With Microsoft's free online apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sway, and Flow) you can create new files, view recent files, share files, and assign privileges for viewing or editing the shared files. You will also learn about the differences between the online apps and the full desktop version programs. One half class day will be devoted to the full desktop version of OneNote. OneNote is a note-taking program within your Microsoft Office Suite, but it does so much more. OneNote uses a notebook format with pages and section tabs for collecting and organizing the data found in other Office software: text, graphics, audio, and video clips. Learn tips and tricks to improve your efficiency. Class will also cover Windows features, versions 7 and 10. Students are welcome to use their own account if they have one or create one in class.
