Building Strong Relationships: How to Resolve Conflict and Create Trust
In this class, you'll learn to encourage more positive interactions with those around you. Understanding interpersonal needs and how they help the people in our lives feel significant, competent, and likeable is the key. In this interactive course, explore ways to manage conflict so that you can build stronger, more respectful, and supportive relationships with family members, co-workers, and friends. In class we will apply what we learn to real-life scenarios to help you move past conflicts and build trust in your relationships. Leave this class with enhanced collaborative skills to put to work right away. With an MA in communication, Lindsay Hayes draws on the interpersonal needs theory of William Shutz for this class. She holds a certificate in relationship coaching from the International Association of Professionals. NOTE: This course will be offered via Zoom.
