In this class, you'll learn to encourage more positive interactions with those around you. Understanding interpersonal needs and how they help the people in our lives feel significant, competent, and likeable is the key. In this interactive course, explore ways to manage conflict so that you can build stronger, more respectful, and supportive relationships with family members, co-workers, and friends.
