Notary Signing Agent Training: Make Money Notarizing Mortgages
Mortgage loans are one of the most profitable services for mobile notaries. There is tremendous growth potential for notaries with mortgage signing expertise. Many banks, lenders and title companies have begun to outsource these duties. Trained notaries earn from $85 to $250 per signing assignment. This training will familiarize you with the responsibilities of a signing agent, including working with typical loan documents to ensure the integrity of the signing process, and how to set up a business, and where to find clients. The class is recommended for currently commissioned notaries. You will receive your training file and materials by email and will need to print them for the class. Samuel Burks has been a notary for 25 years and is a State of Colorado accredited notary educator doing business as Esprit Group LLC, training notaries throughout the Metro area. Prerequisite: must be a current commissioned Colorado notary. NOTE: This course will be offered via Zoom. Register now for the class and then the day before class the instructor will send you the link to attend the class.
