Emotional Eating: Build Healthy Eating Patterns

The information given will empower you to establish a more healthy relationship with food. Find out how you can differentiate emotional hunger from other types of hunger. Get rid of the diet mentality which is wholly unhelpful in your quest for health. Explore how you can build new habits for coping with stress and difficult emotions. Jill Ho is a certified life and health coach who gives workshops on emotional eating and stress reduction. She has participated in the 90-day Total Body Transformation Program and is eager to share the insights she has gained to help you break free from food obsession, guilt, and shame.
