Hypnosis for Stress Relief
Experience a powerful, deep, hypnosis technique designed for top athletes (but helpful for all) that can relieve stress and help you reach peak performance. Learn how to make behavioral changes to cope with stress, and leave class feeling amazingly refreshed and energized. Drake Eastburn, co-owner of Eastburn Hypnotherapy, has decades of experience as both a practitioner and teacher of this incredibly helpful practice. Drake is the official hypnotherapist for the US Olympic Cycling Team, and has authored numerous books, along with his wife Lynsi, on hypnosis and its benefits. Rachel Cook, has made a career out of de-stressing people, as a massage therapist, an aromatherapist, and now a certified hypnotherapist. Rachel is a recovered stress-addict who used to suffer from anxiety attacks. After years of trying a variety of things, she discovered hypnosis to be the most powerful antidote to stress she had ever encountered. September is taught by Rachel, and the January session will be with Drake.
