Whittle Your Waist with Hooping
Hula hoops aren't just for kids! Hooping is actually a great way for adults to get fit. You can tone muscles, strengthen your core, improve posture, increase balance, and burn calories (400-600 per hour), all while having a blast! A fun and playful way to work-out, hooping has the added benefit of increasing confidence and boosting self-esteem. Once you get the hang of it, hooping becomes addictive, making it an easy (and affordable!) way to get your exercise. Discover how hooping works, what kind of hoops you need, and learn basic technique. You'll be able to take what you learn with you to keep developing your hooping at home. Children's hoops don't work for adult bodies, so you'll have the proper kinds of hoops to use in class. Optional materials purchase is for your own hoop. Felicia Heyn
