You know that meditation will enhance your life, but you're not sure how to find an approach that will work for you. Or, you've been meditating and want to incorporate new forms that can help you develop in new ways. This class will touch on the history, theory and practice of meditation and then introduce you to basic techniques. In class, experience five different easy and fun meditative techniques, both active and passive, that you can use in your daily life to harmonize and strengthen mind, body and spirit. You're bound to find a meditative practice that will work for you, even if you have a super "busy" mind. Each meditation will last about 10 minutes and will be followed by a brief question and answer session. Will Christy has studied and practiced numerous meditative techniques for over thirty years. The classroom has chairs, so bring a cushion if you wish to sit on the floor.
