There's something about the nostalgic and timeless beauty of stained glass… but genuine stained glass comes with a hefty price tag. If you love the look of light shining through color, making your own stained glass can be easier and less expensive than you thought. No cutting of glass, no lead, and no foiling or soldering! In this workshop learn an easy process where you can achieve the beautiful results of stained glass using glass paints. You can use these techniques for glass panels, windows in your own home, or gift your creative pieces to love ones. Mitra Verma has recently emigrated from India. For 10+ years she held workshops in painting, puppet-making, basket weaving, and more. A versatile artist herself, she makes this a fun and accessible art class. You'll leave with a lovely piece of art and be ready to make more on your own.
