Essential Oils 101
Enjoy the health and lifestyle benefits of essential oils, and learn to make your own products. An essential oil is a concentrated, volatile aromatic liquid that is made from parts of a wide variety of plants and can be added to lotions, sprays, vegetable oils, creams, bath gels, and more. In this hands-on workshop you will get information on the different grades of oils that are sold so you’ll know what you’re getting when you buy. Learn some of the history and then delve into how to use essential oils to get the most benefit, including important safety tips. You’ll work with oils in class to make a room spray as well as a roller to boost immunity or help with sleep.Kara Rosenberry studies and works with essential oils, creating a wide range of products. She loves sharing the rewards of using oils with others.
