Essential Oils 101
Enjoy the health and lifestyle benefits of essential oils and learn to make your own essential oil infused products. An essential oil is a concentrated, volatile aromatic liquid that is made from parts of a wide variety of plants and can be added to lotions, sprays, vegetable oils, creams and can be used to clean your home with less chemicals. Learn about the different grades of oils so you will know what you are buying. Delve into how to use essential oils to get the most benefit, including important safety tips. Leave with information and recipes to incorporate essential oils into your cleaning, beauty, and sleep routine and how to use oils for stress, emotional health, and physical wellness. You'll work with oils in class to make two essential oil infused products to benefit issues as immunity, sleep, or stress. Kara Rosenberry and Joyce Gallo study and work with essential oils and love sharing the rewards of using essential oils.
