You have vision, so learn to use it properly! Get the most out of your handheld contraption with this hands-on class to get to know the basic features of your digital camera. Learn about aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and camera modes. Find out how to navigate the internal menu and gain insight into image quality, while you master the art of exposure. Get more comfortable with your camera's controls as you experiment taking photos in class. Zena Ballas is a photographer and intuitive writer with a passion for storytelling. With nearly ten years of experience under her belt, the continual pursuit of new moments and interesting captures pushes her to evolve her vision. Make sure your camera is a DSLR, not simple point-and-shoot, and don't forget to bring it with you, including the manual.
