The ABCs of Assertiveness: The Keys to Showing Up for Yourself (Online)
In relationships and communication, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. This webinar explores different communication styles: assertive, aggressive, passive, and passive-aggressive. You’ll gain an understanding of each style and the appropriate time to use each of them. The interactive webinar starts with an assertiveness quiz, so you can identify your strengths and weaknesses and determine areas for development. Learn the ABCs of assertiveness: the Assertive mindset, Behaviors of assertive people, and Challenging situations that require assertiveness. You’ll have opportunities to work with scenarios and apply and practice your skills during class. Mary Grace Glasier has led communication classes for over 15 years to over 20,000 participants around the United States and internationally, on every continent except Antarctica. Her webinars are interactive and engaging and she brings lots of fun to the most important aspects of life: communication and relationships.
